We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of intelligent testing solutions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in business analysis, process modeling, and AI-human collaboration frameworks.Responsibilities:

Analyzes target applications to identify key workflows and scenarios for manual learning input and AI-driven test generation.
Elicits and documents requirements for test coverage.
Translates application knowledge into structured input for the Learning Team and criteria for asset validation.
Creates structured knowledge templates for consistent learning input, develops validation criteria frameworks, establishes business logic complexity assessments for AI generation prioritization, and implements knowledge structuring techniques for optimal AI consumption.
