Job Description :Job Summary:Hiring an experienced Site Civil Foreman to supervise site activities and labour, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.Responsibilities:Supervise daily site operations and workforce.Ensure implementation of construction plans and drawings.Allocate work to labourers and subcontractors.Monitor productivity and enforce safety compliance.Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.Minimum 8 years in UAE construction companiesInspect materials and tools on-site.Coordinate with engineers and site managers for execution.Solve minor technical site issues as they arise.Requirements:Diploma or trade certification in Civil Engineering or similarMinimum 8 years’ experience in UAE construction projectsGood knowledge of construction procedures and safety standardsEffective leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage a multicultural workforce
