Information Security Business Analyst - Roads and Transport Authority

• Apply business process improvement practices to reengineer information security service workflows.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be assessments, identify risks, and ensure cross-departmental consensus on implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Information Security Manager to develop business cases and ensure compliance with RTA architecture standards.
• Facilitate proof of concepts (PoCs) and validate security solutions to meet business requirements.
• Define implementation strategies for new security systems, including data migration and integration plans.
• Support governance and QA teams by preparing test cases for user acceptance testing.
• Capture and document functional requirements and translate them into structured solution documents.
• Produce business use cases, process models, and other documentation to guide system design and deployment.
• Monitor KPIs and perform cost-benefit analysis for security initiatives.
• Research industry trends to enhance information security processes and recommend innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance within information security or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security compliance standards such as ISO27001.
• Knowledge of mobile and digital user experience improvement practices.
• Skilled in process reengineering, business case development, and stakeholder management.
