Establish a waste tariff system for services provided in the field of waste organization and management and fees collection mechanisms.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of current waste management tariffs, develop, and propose new tariff structures based on cost, efficiency.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial viability of proposed tariffs, assess the economic impact on various stakeholders and optimize waste management costs and revenue generation.
Develop policies and guidelines for the implementation of waste tariffs, ensure alignment with environmental policies and sustainable waste management practices.
Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Environmental Economics, Environmental Policy, Engineering Management, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in economic analysis, policy development, or tariff management, with a focus on waste management mainly into waste management.
