Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a trusted relationship with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Proven experience in recruitment within the hospitality or F&B industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
