We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join the Rail Operations team at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. Job Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Do
- Assist in the preparation of project plans and specifications when required
- Fulfil reporting requirements and maintain accurate inspection-related records
- Coordinate civil work activities with developers and other projects impacted by planned works
- Monitor risk registers and ensure contractors implement mitigation measures, reporting deviations
- Support the defense of claims and assist with contractual and commercial issues
- Provide assistance during tender submissions and evaluations, preparing assessment reports
- Prepare and review project cost reports and financial documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the construction PM team to support civil and structural works
- Ensure civil works meet international standards, project drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress through site visits, report reviews, and participation in meetings
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding unlicensed transport phenomena at ports
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Strong knowledge of civil work standards, risk management, and quality assurance
- Ability to prepare technical reports and analyze financial data
- Effective communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
- UAE Nationals preferred
