Preparation of Design NOCs documents and coordination with all authorities and do the necessary action to guarantee issuing the NOCs as required, reviewing of Construction NOCs documents and take the necessary action up to achieving final approvals.

Qualifications:The successful candidate will have an Engineering Degree from recognized University in Civil Engineering with work experience and knowledge of not less than 10 years in the construction and supervision of similar projects in infrastructure and road management projects.The Engineer must have high skill knowledge in computer software programme of traffic count, traffic analysis, utilizing traffic engineer software tools such as SIDRA and highway capacity software HCS.The candidate must have high skill and knowledge in the design and sizes of temporary and permanent traffic signs as per RTA standard and will be responsible for Coordination with RTA Services Authority and Developercheck safety of diversions and the public up to the Authoritiesstandard.Candidate Must have a valid UAE driving license.Candidate will be responsible for studying and designing the traffic diversion necessary for completing the sewer, storm network in the road as per RTA regulation and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the diversion in roads.#LI-MiddeEastAbout Stantec:We’re active members of the communities we serve.
