As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead the team in creating memorable moments for every guest, ensuring that service is refined, engaging, and consistently aligned with our standards of luxury.What will I be doing?
As Bar Supervisor, you will:Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to luxury standards.Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team to deliver personalized and professional service.Oversee beverage preparation, presentation, and quality, ensuring consistency in line with brand expectations.Support the creation and implementation of beverage menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all bar operations.Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.Handle guest requests and resolve complaints with discretion, ensuring satisfaction.Train team members on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service standards.Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting.Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury bar or hospitality environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.Excellent beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering engaging guest experiences.Why join LXR?
