  • Lead the design and execution of luxury interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  • Oversee the development of layouts, finishes, and furnishings aligned with high-end client expectations
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design with overall project requirements
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure all materials, finishes, and craftsmanship meet luxury standards
  • Present design concepts, mood boards, and progress updates to clients while incorporating their feedback
  • Manage budgets and schedules for interior design phases, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
  • Direct the procurement of premium materials, furniture, and finishes from international suppliers
  • Introduce sustainable and innovative practices while maintaining luxury aesthetics
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams across multiple global projects
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 18 years' experience in interior design, with at least 10 years focused on luxury projects
  • Proven record managing high-profile residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors internationally
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and visualization software
  • Strong knowledge of bespoke furnishings, luxury materials, and global sourcing practices
  • Familiarity with international building codes and sustainable design standards
  • Professional certification (NCIDQ, ASID, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience in PMC or consultancy environments with multinational clients
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale luxury projects while maintaining design integrity
