Helper

• Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers in construction activities.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, cement, and other materials as required.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstructions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Perform digging, leveling, and backfilling tasks as required.
• Assist in transporting and organizing construction materials.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Education: No formal education required (basic literacy preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive work is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for long hours in various weather conditions.
• Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Age Limit: below 40 Preferred
• Language Skills: any
