- Drive international residential development sales to UHNW clients in the GCC region.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the MENA market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, family offices, and wealth advisors.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on marketing strategies and product launches.
- Manage and grow a network of JLL partnership agents across the GCC.
- Organise and represent JLL at exclusive sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets to the residential leadership.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth of the residential sales platform.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends across key global and regional residential markets.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international residential development sales.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Track record of delivering successful sales campaigns across global markets.
- Strong network and understanding of the UHNW and private wealth landscape in the GCC.
- In-depth knowledge of international residential markets.
- Background in real estate development sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute, results-driven, and data-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
- Culturally aware and experienced in working with clients from the GCC region.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC and occasionally internationally.
