Responsibilities:Commercial Service Coordination: Lead daily waste collection and disposal operations for commercial clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements), customer expectations, and contractual obligations.Customer-Centric Resource Deployment: Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and routes in collaboration with job scheduling and resource planning teams to support prioritized and efficient service delivery.Live Monitoring and Rapid Response: Track service progress, address disruptions proactively, and maintain high service reliability across all customer categories.Operational Compliance and Safety: Ensure services are delivered in accordance with HSE (health, safety and environment) standards and regulatory requirements through proper supervision and documentation.Integrated Team Collaboration: Engage with internal support, customer service, and workshop teams to sustain seamless delivery, resolve field-level issues, and improve service outcomeRequired SkillsA minimum of a diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, Waste Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in operations management, Logistics, Waste Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Preferably, professional certifications in Operations Management, Logistics, Waste Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, demonstrating advanced knowledge, practical skills, and a commitment to professional growth.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in field operations, logistics management, service delivery or related fields, preferably within waste management, transportation, utilities, or service delivery sectors, in either public or private sector organizations.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, leading field operations and coordinating cross-functional operational teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.Proven experience leading daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedules, service requirements, and quality standards.Strong background in coordinating with internal teams and service units to optimize workflows and ensure operational efficiency.Solid track record of conducting field follow-ups, reviewing service performance, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and consistency.Substantial experience in compiling operational reports, tracking performance trends, and supporting decision-making through timely data and analysis using ERP and business systems to ensure informed operational oversight and continuous improvement.
