Responsibilities:Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.Operate and maintain baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area as per food safety standards.Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.Experiment with new recipes and contribute to menu/product development.Required SkillsProven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef.Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.Ability to work early morning shifts and in a fast-paced environment.Creativity and passion for baking and presentation.Team player with attention to detail.
