Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Operate and drive transit mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete from batching plant to construction sitesEnsure concrete mix remains in correct condition during transit (slump control, drum rotation)Safely navigate Dubai roads, construction zones, and plant routesCommunicate with dispatchers and project sites for delivery timing and adjustmentsMaintain cleanliness of mixer drum and vehicle after each deliveryInspect vehicle before trips and report any maintenance issuesRecord delivery logs, timesheets, and load detailsAdhere to UAE road laws, company driving policies, and site safety instructionsRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience driving ready-mix or heavy-duty vehiclesKnowledge of concrete behavior and handling during transitFamiliarity with Dubai city roads and traffic rulesMust possess a valid UAE Heavy Driving License – Category 4Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (cleaning drum, minor vehicle checks)2–4 years in UAE/GCC preferredBenefitsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: AED 2,500–3,500/monthFree accommodation, company transport, and medicalOT and other allowances as per labor lawEmployment visa and annual leave benefits
