- Manage client relationships from first meeting to closing the deal or completing valuation projects.
- Lead and coordinate all stages of M&A and valuation projects - conduct valuations, financial modelling, and in-depth market and industry analysis.
- Prepare investor materials - pitch decks, information memoranda, and executive summaries.
- Set up and manage virtual data rooms for investors.
- Research, identify, and approach potential investors or acquirers.
- Coordinate all stages of the M&A process with legal, tax, and advisory partners.
- Maintain accurate project records and status reports, and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports for management and clients.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking with direct exposure to M&A and end-to-end transaction or valuation project management.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, M&A processes and transaction structures, with advanced financial modelling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency.
- Proven ability to prepare investor materials, manage data rooms, and deliver professional presentations and reports.
- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities, synthesising market data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA, ACA
- Currently living in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is mandatory – professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
