Junior Performance Marketing Executive

- Set up and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities
- Create, update, and deliver regular/ad-hoc reports that summarize campaign performance and budget pacing
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure on-time execution of growth initiatives
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy in campaign targeting, creatives, and bidding
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence to gather data insights and improve reporting accuracy
- Work with Product and Business Development teams to align campaign messaging with new features or services
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to identify new growth ideas
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new advertising features, and marketing trends
- Take ownership of selected verticals or campaigns as your skills and confidence grow
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, digital, or analytical role (internships included)
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and targeting
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with interpreting numbers and trends
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Willingness to work full-time from our Dubai office
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Curiosity to explore new channels, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus
- Prior experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, CleverTap or other platforms is a plus
