About the Role:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join an internationally acclaimed design studio based in Dubai. Specialising in luxury hospitality and branded residential projects, our practice delivers award-winning interiors across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of designers and architects who are passionate about creating exceptional, story-driven spaces for world-renowned clients and brands.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion on high-end hospitality and residential projects
  • Develop design narratives, concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials
  • Oversee FF&E selection, specification, and coordination
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all stages of design and delivery
  • Ensure quality, innovation, and brand alignment across all design outputs
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio culture and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury hospitality and/or branded residential projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage client relationships
  • Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and/or Revit
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E specification
  • Experience working in an international or multidisciplinary studio is a plus
