Seeking a seasoned Lead PHP Developer to spearhead backend development initiatives and mentor a growing team of engineers. You'll play a pivotal role in designing scalable architectures, optimising performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code across mission-critical gaming platforms.

Lead the design and development of backend systems using PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps to deliver robust gaming solutions.
Architect scalable APIs and microservices for real-time gaming applications.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
Optimise application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Drive innovation in a fast-paced gaming tech environmentMinimum 10 years of PHP development experience, including team leadership

10+ years of PHP development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
Experience with MySQL, Redis, Docker, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
Previous experience in gaming, fintech, or high-traffic platforms is a plus.
