- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and explain key financial drivers to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions in line with IFRS standards
- Oversee IFRS-compliant journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems
- Stay updated on changes in IFRS standards and best practices in financial planning and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (essential)
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in preparing and analyzing IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
