- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate information related to new hires, including personal details and employment documentation.
- Coordinate and confirm interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage job postings by publishing, updating, and removing vacancies across job boards, internal platforms, and the company's career page.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by supporting the completion of joining formalities and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Participate in the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and career fairs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring documentation is well-organized and processes are efficiently managed.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities
