We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and expanding our partner ecosystem by identifying, nurturing, and growing relationships with new and existing partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building long-term partnerships, and the ability to drive business growth through effective partner development strategies.Key Responsibilities:Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:Identify potential strategic partners within target markets and industries.Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies to attract and onboard new partners.Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.Relationship Management:Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and objectives.Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.Maintain regular communication with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.Partner Enablement:Support partners by providing product training, sales tools, and marketing resources to help them sell and promote the companys products and services effectively.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure partners have the necessary support to succeed.Monitor and assess partner performance to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance for growth.Business Development & Revenue Growth:Work with partners to co-develop business plans that align with both partner and company objectives.Assist partners in identifying new opportunities for growth and help them expand their reach and revenue streams.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner initiatives and identify new opportunities for revenue generation.Partner Strategy & Planning:Work closely with the Partner Management and Sales teams to develop strategic initiatives that support partner growth and company objectives.Develop joint marketing and sales strategies with partners to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.Coordinate partner-related activities, including campaigns, events, and product launches.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.Provide regular feedback to internal teams based on partner insights and industry trends.Facilitate collaboration between partners and company stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.Market Intelligence & Reporting:Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Monitor and analyze partner performance, reporting on key metrics such as revenue, deal progression, and partner satisfaction.Use data to provide insights into partner health and guide decision-making.Conflict Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in partner relationships.Work with partners to find mutually beneficial solutions, maintaining a positive and productive relationship.Requirements:Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner development, sales, or business development, preferably within a B2B environment.Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or distributors is a plus.Skills & Abilities:Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.Ability to think strategically, analyze business data, and make decisions based on insights.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Business Acumen:Strong understanding of business development strategies and how to build successful partnerships.Knowledge of sales cycles, marketing strategies, and revenue generation techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [specific industry or product area, e.g., SaaS, IT, Cloud Solutions].Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools or platforms (e.g., Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems).Ability to manage a portfolio of partners and prioritize high-impact initiatives.Experience in global or international partner development.Working Conditions:Full-time position with the possibility of some travel to meet with partners, attend industry events, or conduct training.Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones or schedules of international partners.Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid work environment, depending on company policy.Compensation:
