This is a live-in position suited to a technically proficient individual with a strong background in structural design and site supervision, particularly within luxury residential or hospitality projects.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous)Professional Engineering Licence (PE or equivalent from home country) preferredStrong knowledge of structural design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, or UAE building codes)Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred (for site inspections)5–7 years of experience in structural design and site supervisionPrior experience on high-end residential, luxury villa, private estate, or hospitality projects in the UAE or GCC regionComfortable working in multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including MEP, landscaping, and architectural detailingProven experience with:Foundation designLoad calculationsRetrofitting and structural repair worksPackage:Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Live-in role30 days’ leave after 12 months of continuous serviceOne return flight to home country per year after 12 months of serviceHealth insurance providedInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply.
