Perform a range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients and their families about urological health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.
Participate in clinical research and stay updated on advancements in the field of urology.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.RequirementsMD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Completed residency training in Urology.
Board certification in Urology is required.
Minimum of 5 years of post-residency experience in a clinical urology setting.
Expertise in performing various surgical procedures related to urology.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in diagnostic evaluations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient rapport.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in urology.
