As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the face of W Dubai - The Palm. Your mission is to ensure that each interaction - from check-in to check-out - becomes part of a seamless and inspiring guest experience. You'll move dynamically through the space, anticipate needs, and empower guests to get the most out of their stay with us.Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and intuitive service throughout the guest journey
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments professionally and efficiently
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns with creativity and confidence
- Share knowledge of local attractions, experiences, and W-brand offerings
- Support operational needs by preparing reports and assisting with daily front office functions
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, behavior, and service delivery
- Be flexible and hands-on: lift, move, or transport items as needed during service
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and company policies at all times
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
- Passion for luxury lifestyle hospitality and unique guest experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Energetic, professional, and eager to deliver service with personality
- Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
