- Meticulous and highly organized
- Proficient in MS office and MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 8-10 years project management experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fit-out sector & wood work projects installation.
- Must have ability to plan efficient projects including technical specifications and schedules.
- Experience in administering building contracts is a must.
In this role, you will be executing duties to the highest possible standards in project planning, coordination, control, and installation, as well as completing all MRAs and snag lists for submission to accounting for client payment collection.Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Planning, Coordination, and Control of projects from inception to completion.
- Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Establish and implement the Project Management Plan, identify work phases, and internal & external stakeholders and communicate with them, appropriate checklists of work to be done by priorities & phases.
- Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans
- Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the project is in delay
- Implement change control processes.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal and external parties, and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks, and decisions required, to management.
- Monitor all Project delivery schedule, set a priorities plan to manage the installation due dates and ensure delivery is on time respecting our high quality standards and accuracy of work.
- Conduct Inspection on work sites and fill inspection report form.
- Assess and resolve site coordination issues, involving work progress and human resources.
- Carry out contract administration duties including delivered work, collections due, and issuing payment certificates.
- Manage the planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during project execution; and report any incident/ accident.
- Manage and coordinate the project handover and close out phases
- Help the teams by advising with new technologies of execution that may help the installation team and set it in the policies.
- Enter project on CRM and fill out all information needed.
