Finishing Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate finishing joinery works, including woodwork, cabinetry, doors, panels, and other interior fit-out elements.
• Ensure all joinery work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and tools, to achieve project milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the joinery team.
• Keep records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in joinery finishing works, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
• Education: Diploma or Certification in Carpentry, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team of carpenters and laborers.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
• Work Ethics: Attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Experience working in GCC countries.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction-related software.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if required).
