You possess deep sector-specific knowledge, strong technical audit capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering results for manufacturing clients. You are comfortable working in complex environments, managing client relationships, and driving operational efficiency through effective risk and control frameworks.Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- With CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
- MBA or advanced post-graduate degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 14 years of industry experience in a related field, preferably in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services and/or industry. Currently working with a leading consulting firm.
- Experience in leading consulting firms or a "Big 4" will be an added advantage
In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal audit engagements specifically focused on clients in the manufacturing sector, managing end-to-end project delivery, and contributing to business growth in the Risk Advisory domain. You will build strong client relationships and ensure audit engagements are executed in line with firm quality standards and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute internal audits for manufacturing clients with a risk-based approach
- Develop sector-specific audit programs, frameworks, and methodologies
- Lead client engagements from initiation to final reporting, ensuring high service standards
- Collaborate with client leadership to identify key risks and provide practical solutions
- Supervise and guide junior audit staff, ensuring high-quality outputs and learning
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the manufacturing industry and regulatory landscape
- Participate in strategic business development activities, including client proposals and presentations
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and project profitability
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and audit committees to present findings and recommendations
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying new opportunities and enhancing service offerings
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required
