- Achieve sales and profit targets in the Modern Trade channel.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Lead the execution of trade promotions, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor in-store execution and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on modern trade channels.
- Experience in commodities is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE modern trade landscape.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
