Job Description :Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects, and strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination. The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handoverPlan and oversee execution of MEP works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirementsAct as the primary client liaison—conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updatesSupervise in-house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry, etc.)Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projectsPrepare and deliver detailed project reports, dashboards, and handover documentsMaintain quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project deliveryRequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Dubai in interior fit-out (retail/F&B)Proven track record in project management with in-house execution teamsStrong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with subcontractorsExcellent client-facing and communication skillsAbility to produce professional project reports and documentationImmediate availability is preferred
