Location - JAFZA, Dubai - UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Assistant to support our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will maintain IT systems, assist users, and ensure smooth daily operations of hardware, software, and network systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and resolve IT issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.)
- Manage software installations, updates, and licensing
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support logistics software and ensure data backup and security
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentationRequirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- (2-4) years of experience in IT support (Logistics experience is a plus)
- Familiar with Windows OS, networking, and basic server administration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and support multi-location teams
