Location: DubaiJob Summary:Our client is seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the following roles immediately:- Senior Creative Concept Interior DesignerKey Responsibilities:- Develop creative concept designs for interior spaces- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements- Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in the UAE or GCC- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit- Senior Technical Interior Architect - Site BackgroundKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technical interior architecture solutions- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standardsRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in interior architecture, preferably in the UAE or GCC- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp- Senior Interior DraftsmanKey Responsibilities:- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency- Develop and maintain CAD standards and protocols- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standardsRequirements:- 3+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in the UAE or GCC- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CAD software- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit- Senior Interior Landscape DesignerKey Responsibilities:- Develop creative landscape designs for interior spaces- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements- Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably in the UAE or GCC- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit- Senior Interior/Facade Lighting DesignerKey Responsibilities:- Develop creative lighting designs for interior and facade projects- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standardsRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in lighting design, preferably in the UAE or GCC- Strong technical skills and knowledge of lighting systems and controls- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in software such as Autodesk and Dialux
