- Oversee technical projects and ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures
- Support business units and superintendents in managing dry dockings, major repairs, and vessel refits
- Maintain five-year docking and overhaul plans for POML vessels
- Control divisional maintenance costs while improving operational efficiency
- Monitor PMS software records and support business units with system implementation
- Assist in the development and application of divisional technical standards and procedures
- Review and approve project documentation, AFEs, and technical reports
- Provide technical advice and support to General Managers and Technical Heads
- Ensure vessel reliability reporting and technical compliance across the division
- Travel globally on short notice to oversee projects and technical operations
- Class 1 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Technical Superintendent
- Proven expertise with commercial vessels over 500 GRT, preferably harbour tugs, offshore, or AHTS vessels
- Strong background in dry dockings, ship repair, mobilizations, and in-water repairs
- Solid understanding of ISPS, ISM, Flag State, and Classification Society regulations
- Knowledge of PMS/ERP systems; ABS NS experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; PowerPoint and Project are an advantage
- Strong people management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Commercial awareness and experience with client requirements and budget planning
- Ability to travel internationally for extended assignments (up to 6-7 months annually)
