Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Ability to coordinate between different teams and contractors
Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsResponsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating daily site activities
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor
Prepare and review site documentation, reports, and permits
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed

Handle correspondence and communication related to the project
