- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of QHSE experience in the food industry.
- Approved Dubai Municipality trainer for Basic Food Safety Training.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ESG and sustainability certifications.
- Familiarity with UAE GSO standards, ESMA and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Skilled in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Experience in training delivery, internal & supplier auditing, and certification management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory (UAE/GSO) requirements and certification systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Identify and assess risks related to food safety, employee safety, and environmental impact; develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Plan and deliver QHSE training programs across the organization.
- Investigate customer complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance trends monthly and report findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Work with suppliers/service providers to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive QHSE improvements and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and corrective actions.
- Report QHSE/HSE performance and key metrics to management.
