- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, CIPD certification preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience in hospitality, leisure, or service industries.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
