Job Type: Full-timeMain Responsibilities
  • Assist the bartender in opening and closing the bar each shift
  • Keep the bar area fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools
  • Clean and maintain bar surfaces, floor areas, coolers, and back storage regularly
  • Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and available for service
  • Support with setup and reset of the bar for shifts, events, or large guest volumes
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures during service hours
  • Provide quick support during busy periods to ensure smooth guest service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a barback or barman in a hotel, cruise ship, or bar setting
  • Background in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and reliable with attention to detail
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Comfortable working in a themed or historic hospitality environment
