This role focuses on empowering teams in CRM, collections, telesales, customer service, and documentation to deliver exceptional performance aligned with business objectives.Core Duties
- Design and develop engaging training programs tailored to each department's operational requirements.
- Deliver in-person and virtual sessions for new hires and existing staff to strengthen process understanding and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with managers to assess training needs, using performance metrics and business priorities to guide program development.
- Monitor employee adherence to company protocols and best practices, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance reviews, refining programs accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of sessions, attendance, feedback, and progress for management reporting.
- Develop e-learning modules, simulations, and digital resources to expand accessibility and reach.
- Create practical tools such as quick-reference guides, FAQs, and process checklists for daily use by teams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a training role.
- Background in telesales or collections preferred.
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Kahoot, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Lead training initiatives for one of Dubai's top real estate developers.
