Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
• Inspect ongoing tasks and final completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, and cost reports, and assist in vendor negotiations for repair services.
• Maintain and update equipment history and refurbishment records for effective asset management.
• Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks to reinforce safety and safe job execution methods.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment, ensuring compliance with correct procedures.
• Support planning and execution of shutdowns and major overhaul activities.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and equipment availability to ensure maintenance schedules are met.
• Raise material requisitions, inspect deliveries against specifications, and coordinate logistics and site delivery.
• Liaise with the workshop supervisor for heavy equipment, rigging, and support services.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical maintenance within a large industrial organization, preferably oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams in high-pressure and safety-sensitive environments.
• Proficient in reporting, cost control, and maintenance planning.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
