Project Feasibility & Financial ModelingPrepare detailed financial models, including development proformas, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate project viability.Assess CapEx, operational costs, and revenue projections to provide accurate investment recommendations.Support land acquisition strategies by analyzing land pricing, potential development yields, and return on investment (ROI) metrics.3.
