As we undergo an exciting transition guided by the highest global standards in luxury hospitality, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey where service excellence and nature meet.From sunrise swims to serene spa moments, our resort embodies understated elegance and we are building a team that reflects the same thoughtful care, intuitive service, and deep attention to detail.About the roleWe are excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with key departments to align efforts, optimize revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine our approach, ensuring we maintain a strong presence in the market and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client engagement.What you will doAl Zorah Beach Resort is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow business in the MICE, Corporate, and Social Events segments, as well as lead sales efforts. This role will play a crucial part in positioning the resort as a top destination for events, meetings, and leisure travel, while cultivating long-term partnerships with key clients and agenciesSales & Market Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on MICE corporates, MICE agencies, corporate accounts, and social events planners.
  • Identify and engage potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads through sales calls, roadshows, trade fairs, familiarization trips, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and DMCs.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct site inspections, respond promptly to RFPs/RFQs, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure seamless handover and communication with operations and events teams to deliver successful and flawless experience.
  • Maintain high levels of client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
What you bring
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on MICE, corporates, and international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale events, conferences, and group bookings.
  • Strong network and experience in dealing with MICE agencies and corporate procurement teams.
  • Knowledge of international and regional travel patterns and buyers.
  • Familiarity with hotel CRM systems
