We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect specializing in Interior Design to lead the technical development of interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical detailing, design coordination, and project management, ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and detailing of interior projects from concept through construction.
Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Review shop drawings, material selections, and construction methods.
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Assist in tendering, cost estimation, and procurement processes related to interior fit-outs.
Maintain quality control and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Professional registration or license (NCIDQ, RIBA, AIA, etc.) is preferred.
10+ years of experience in interior architecture/design, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Expertise in technical detailing, building codes, and construction methods.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, etc.).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
