We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for a leading real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate development and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end client journey, from inquiry to post-handover support.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companys property portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates to clients.
Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
Handle client feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Experience in a real estate developer company (not brokerage/agency).
Mandatory: real estate market experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
