Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Assist chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating, consistently demonstrating high levels of quality and presentationSupport with mise en place and daily kitchen operationsPrepare setups for stations, banquets, and service requirementsFollow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation proceduresAssist in stock rotation, labeling, and storage in compliance with food safety standardsMaintain kitchen cleanliness and organization in all assigned areasEnsure compliance with brand culinary standards and recipesComply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally aware and practice waste reduction and sustainability measures in the kitchenAssist other kitchen sections wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with the teamWhat are we looking for?A Culinary Operational Intern serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
