We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our meat sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat products, established connections in the HORECA industry, and proven ability to lead sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business within the HORECA segment.Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B directors.Manage existing accounts while ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to client needs.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Work closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of sales experience in meat trading/distribution within the HORECA sector.Strong knowledge of meat products (fresh, frozen, processed) and food safety standards.Established network of contacts within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies in the region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.UAE Driving License preferred.
