The role is focused on graphics, trims, tags, and the creation of detailed technical packages. This position works closely with designers, product development teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality output.What you'll be doing:
Graphics, Trims, and Technical Package Development
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for graphics, trims, and tags.
- Create original or benchmarked graphic designs using professional design tools.
- Develop sketches and concepts for trims and tags.
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical packages in line with design specifications.
- Stay informed about regional regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in trims and tags.
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with market trends and brand identity.
- Deliver sketches and tech packs within defined timelines.Cross-Functional & Supplier Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development timelines.
- Share ownership of project timelines and deliverables alongside design and product development stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage design submissions, sampling, and feedback.
- Partner with the Quality team to refine and standardize technical packages for consistent execution.What we need:- Strong knowledge of graphic designing & apparel technical package creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to digitally sketch graphics.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools or AI-driven design (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
