Our expertise lies in Human Resource Management and Recruitment Processes, enabling clients to focus on business management and growth while we ensure seamless HR support.We are currently hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of HR Assistant.Position SummaryThe HR Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record keeping, payroll support, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingAssist in posting job vacancies and screening CVs.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Employee Records & HR DocumentationMaintain and update employee files, HR database, and attendance records.Prepare letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR records.Payroll & Leave ManagementAssist in monthly payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions).Maintain leave and absence records.HR Operations & ComplianceSupport in visa processing, renewals, and employee insurance.Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Employee RelationsAddress basic employee queries and escalate where required.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Other TasksSupport HR Manager in various projects and initiatives.Perform any other duties assigned by management.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (preferably in manufacturing or corporate environment).Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage).High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Working ConditionsSalary: Between AED 2000 – 2500Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a weekBenefits: As per UAE Labor Law (Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance, etc.)
