Responsibilities:Responsible for crew rotation management for the vessels under his / her assignment.Reporting directly to the Crewing Supervisor for daily operation, the Officer is fully responsible for ensuring all onboard crew are in compliance with vessel MSM and project requirements and conduct the required crew change as per the agreed contracts and client requirements.Ensuring all crew are holding valid original documents prior joining.Monitoring the crew rotation and maintaining the back-to-back relivers when possible, in order to reduce the overlap time as the back-to-back crew will be familiar with the vessel’s equipment and operation.Plan the joining of the previously approved crew first, in case of unavailability request for crew replacement to fill in the gaps.Prepare and submit the applications for officers to get clients (ADNOC, ARAMCO, and DPE…. etc.) approval and joining conformation.In charge of all crew movement in his assigned vessels and review the time sheet of his assigned fleet in coordination with the assigned Crewing Supervisor.Responsible for updating the ERP system with rejoining crew files (Passports, photos, contracts, certificates, medicals, client’s approvals, interview forms, evaluations…etc.)Arrange the expenses sheet related to crew expenses for joining formalities (KSA, Qatar visa).Responsible to monitor the compliance with the company policies and procedures related to his fleet officers and ratings (training, evaluations…. etc.).This job description is meant to define the main Tasks & Responsibilities of the designation, any further details related to the job, or any new tasks will be communicated to the employee by his/her department head.Required SkillsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration (HR) or something equivalent. 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar role.Must have working knowledge of STCW (updated) and flag state requirements.Good written and spoken English.Excellent ability to plan, problem solving and working under pressure.Excellent filing and organizational skills.Computer literate and good command of MS Office and Emails.Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
