Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Supervise civil works on-site including excavation, formwork, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, finishes, etc.Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide site execution.Ensure all works are carried out as per project quality standards and approved method statements.Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams for efficient work flow.Monitor daily progress and report site status to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with design and standards.Resolve site-related issues and escalate unresolved matters to higher management.Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols and site regulations.Prepare daily reports, material requisitions, and support documentation.Assist in preparation for site inspections by consultants or authorities.Maintain records of as-built drawings, site instructions, and material submittals.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.Minimum5-8 years of experiencein civil construction (high-rise, villas, or commercial projects).Experience working under consultants and coordinating with subcontractors.Company DescriptionGardinia stands as a premier force in residential and commercial construction in Dubai.
