- Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients at the scene and during transport.
- Safely transport patients to hospitals and other medical facilities in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Respond promptly to critical incidents and mass casualty situations, providing effective triage and care.
- Accurately document all patient encounters, treatments provided, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Record and report on performance metrics, including response times and jurisdiction-specific data.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, vehicles, and supplies to ensure readiness at all times.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, operational guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services/Paramedicine or equivalent (minimum three (3) years course duration)
- Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS)
- Two (2) years of experience post-registration/certification as Advanced Care Paramedic
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
