(Must)Excellent Technical skills in MS office and other common software packages.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingSelf-motivated and team player.Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.Ability to utilize available resources effectively.Conversant with the software application usage for process tracking.Diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering or relevant field.Minimum 3–5 years of QC inspection experience, specifically in villa painting and wood varnishing.Strong knowledge of international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and BS related to painting and coating.Ability to read drawings, material specifications, and method statements.Good communication and documentation skills.Certifications such as BGAS-CSWIP, NACE Level 1 or 2, or equivalent are a plus.
